Welcome to Scanomedia, a service operated by Publilux inc. By accessing or using our online platform and our QR code generator, you agree to be bound by these general terms of use.

1. Service Description & Credit Purchases

Scanomedia provides an intelligent visual analysis tool based on photos uploaded by the user to generate a sector-specific technical assessment report. The service works on a pay-per-pack report model, with no mandatory recurring subscription. Purchased credits remain valid on the platform with no preset expiration date, subject to service continuity.

2. Nature of Service & Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Scanomedia does not under any circumstances replace the analysis, physical inspection, or judgment of a certified human professional (building inspector, master electrician, engineer, etc.).

Assessment reports generated by Scanomedia Engine™ constitute a decision-support tool, based exclusively on the images provided by the user at the time of upload. Publilux inc. cannot be held liable for elements not visible in the photos, latent defects, or any misinterpretation of the report results leading to commercial or construction decisions.

3. Intellectual Property

All technologies, algorithms, trademarks, logos (including Scanomedia Engine™), and source codes appearing on the site are the exclusive property of Publilux inc. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

At Scanomedia, we take the protection of your personal data and your visual infrastructure very seriously.

1. Collection and Use of Images

When using the platform, you upload images for analysis. These images are processed securely by Scanomedia Engine™ for the sole purpose of structuring your assessment report. Your images and reports remain your property and are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

2. Transactions and Payment Security

All financial transactions made for the purchase of our report packs are entirely handled and encrypted by the secure Stripe gateway. Scanomedia does not store, see, or process any banking details or credit card numbers on its own servers.

3. Hosting and Server Protection

All your data (report histories, customer profiles, QR code configurations) are stored in highly secure databases, protected by strict firewall rules and dedicated `.htaccess` server configuration files to prevent malicious external access.
